Volunteers who wish to coach a team need to complete registration as a volunteer under the current year program (i.e. 2024 Fall Season).
Your success and enjoyment in coaching is based on completing training specific to the applicable player age group/division. Proper training is vital so AYSO coaches can deliver the AYSO program properly. Parents and Players are counting on Coaches to be trained! Information relating to volunteer roles, training, and resources are available on the www.aysovolunteers.org webpage.
The annual process for volunteer registration, training and certification include:
§ Log into the Region 1203 webpage using your Sports Connect email address and password. If you forgot your id and password call me and I can look it up. If you haven't registered as a volunter before, click the REGISTER NOW button and register as a volunteer for the Fall 2024 Season program. When both parents wish to volunteer, both parents need to have a separate ayso / sports connect account and separate email addresses. One parent will use their account to register your players/participants. The other parent will not register a player/participant, and go to the volunteer registration page. Remember your ayso volunteer number that will need to be use in training and background check processes.
